Best ENT in the area hands down. Been going to Dr. Deloris for a few years now and will never go anywhere else.
Absolutely the worst mismanaged doctor 's office that I have ever been to. The initial consultation was supposed to be with the surgeon but I was seen by (nurse?,) instead. I was told to come back for some tests on Fri afternoon at 1:30pm. This appointment was also made with the front desk. I arrived at the appointed time on the appointed day and was told that there was not an appointment scheduled for me on that or any other day. Also I can't get a receipt for my co-pay? The entire staff was very professional and kind. Dr delorio wore a smile for my entire appointment and was also very attentive and understanding while catering to all of my health needs and concerns. I would definitely recommend a visit to Dr. delorio. You won't be dissatisfied or disappointed.
I was let out of school early very very hard for me to make appointments due to my children. I asked prior if I come in can I be seen earlier. We set the appointment to 1:15 but again kind u we discussed I could be earlier by like an hour due to school being right across the street. So I am currently in their waiting room and have been here since 11:40am they were actually going to see me UNTIL this woman named Lori.
