I was looking to have my home scale repaired when I found them via internet not far from me! I sent a message via their website and was contacted by Jeff the following morning! I told him my situation and the make and model of the scale I had and he told me to bring it on in and his tech would take a look at it and determine if it was repairable! I5 or 20 minutes with Jeff and his technician soldering 2 wires so small I couldn't even see the copper wire when they stripped it my scale is back telling me to exercise harder!👍�... read more
