Dana and the entire crew of Nicol Climate Control did an outstanding job. They get a 5 star review for everything they did including all the extra stuff. They are fairly priced, communicate very well, were on time everyday and replaced all my HVAC's and replaced furnaces with heat pumps and added a split air unit. Everyone was super nice, smart and helpful. This is the company you want to help with any HVAC work from annual maintenance, to repairs to full replacements and then some. They went above and beyond. We had a maintaince of our air conditioning unit completed today by Jourvon with Nicol Climate Control. He has been "our" service person since we moved to the Palm Springs area, installing our HVAC system and servicing our heating and cooling units. He also installed thermostat, helped me set it up and showed us how to program and use it. He made it super simple for us. Was able to install multiple ACs throughout the house in just around six or so hours, and were efficient and hardworking. Was able to explain the process of it easily and informed me of an issue with one of the pumps being faulty and that they were going to come back and fix it when others would have just left it to break down. Cooperative and friendly!
