We had a maintaince of our air conditioning unit completed today by Jourvon with Nicol Climate Control. He has been "our" service person since we moved to the Palm Springs area, installing our HVAC system and servicing our heating and cooling units. He also installed thermostat, helped me set it up and showed us how to program and use it. He made it super simple for us. Was able to install multiple ACs throughout the house in just around six or so hours, and were efficient and hardworking. Was able to explain the process of it easily and informed me of an issue with one of the pumps being faulty and that they were going to come back and fix it when others would have just left it to break down. Cooperative and friendly!

Nicol Climate Control is the VERY BEST! We had another company come out and do the install of a new AC Unit,, BIG MISTAKE. Nicol Climate Control came out after we had many issues with the insulation. We called and they came out same day that our house was 90 degrees inside. They were professional clean and honest. We will never use another company. Highly recommend!!!
