Dans le cadre d'un achat, l'équipe des ventes a tenté de me faire passer un ''frais concessionnaire obligatoire'' qui n'était ni sur l'annonce, ni mentionné AVANT de faire un dépôt de 1000$ sur le véhicule que je convoitais. Cette tentative de faire passer un frais de plusieurs centaines de $$$ pour augmenter le profit sur la vente d'un véhicule... C'est déplorable pour une concession de l'ampleur de NicolAuto.

Customer since 2003. Have purchased at least 20 vehicles from them and refered over 30 plus. Great service, great people to deal with in all departments. Unbeatable pricing. The owner is there for his customers if there's a problem in a department. Client depuis 2003. Achats de 20 véhicule et référé plus que 30 personnes. Bon service, du bon monde dans toutes les départements. Prix imbattable. Un bon propriétaire qui prend soin de les clients si y a un problème. 👍
