They don’t care about they’re employees!! VICENTE VALDEZ screams at his employees and FRANCISCO VALDEZ is the worst, he insults his employees with offensive words and harassing woman in the office if you confront him he would suspend you for days with no pay and tell you he can do whatever he wants since he’s the boss!! This place is a toxic and unhealthy environment the only nice person is JOSE LUIS VALDEZ he has patience and respect!!
Left my company where I had stable work to go work for Nico Nat and after only a couple weeks they laid half of my department off including me they are a terrible company management and HR are horrible this company has no sense of direction nor do they care for their employees would not recommend working for them unless you wanna end up on the unemployment list ...
