So I first booked my appointment with Brianna for a balayage and after I sent her my deposit she stopped replying and I had to message her 2 or 3 times just to get her to send me the address of her location because I booked through instagram so I didn’t know where she worked. She finally replied after day before our appointment after I had to text her again. I was a little annoyed at her customer service but I brushed it off to avoid awkwardness.
