Not honest. Uses old parts when he says he ordered new. The starter only lasted two weeks and it failed because it wasn’t even the correct part! Now he says it’s not his fault. I paid $225.00 for nothing.
He's a very good small engine mechanic. He also is fair with his pricing, and will not give it back to you until it's running right!
