Fast, VERY friendly service. Excellent food. Red quinoa tabouli, hummus, greek salad, lamb & beef gyros. Nice funky atmosphere. I'll be back next time in Minturn & keep it in mind when l'm passing by on I-70 or in the Vail area.

Simply incredible food! One bit and you'll know why...thoughtfully sourced ingredients and exceptional preparation. Best gyro I've ever had AND best tzatziki sauce I've ever had, and I've travelled extensively through Greece & Turkey. Baklava is also fabulous! I had the pleasure of ordering from the founder during my visit. A kind and passionate man who was eager to share his vision of healthy & reasonably priced food. A must visit if in the Vail area!
