July 18, 2026 Update. Avoid the brisket & ribtips. I had hopes because Chicago does tips well. Brisket too salty & tastes like it came prepared by Sysco not a pit master. Hot dog never fails. Rib tips rubbery and oversauced relying on meat flavor is outdone or unnoticed by that sauce.
