I went to Nicky's in December for a short pixie cut, and I will NEVER go back or recommend anyone to this unprofessional female. Nicky is deceitful. She quickly washed, condition and rinsed only once, no massage of the scale. Took me to the chair and chopped my hair, put some of her cement cream on my hair, put me under the dyer and when I walked out of the place my scalp was still damp in some places, once my hair dried it felt stiff like cement.
