The TLDR: avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Filthy conditions, and disgustingly overpriced merchandise. No negotiation - put down some overpriced merch and the price goes up on the rest. Rude personnel. Prices too High - I went to an estate sale held in the home of the owner and it was unlike any that I have been to. In past experiences, the homeowners or auctioneers tell people that the more they buy, the better the price will be and everyone is happy. Potential customers were leaving lots of stuff behind due to the high, retail store prices that they were given at checkout. I would definitely not recommend these people for your estate sale. I had to remove my bad reviews after getting threatened by Bryant so I could get some of the money I was owed. I still have not received the rest, but the BBB has been contacted. These people should not be in business. They are rude, crude and crooks. Now that I received most of the money they owed me, finally, I am going to leave reviews again. They should just treat people right.

Trinity: The couple did an estate sale for my family. They were very unprofessional, and we are still fighting to get the money owed. They sold items that they were told were not for sale. More concerned with what money they made then in my family's feelings.

part 2 of 2 in conclusion I would welcome you to visit one of our more passable sales such as Waterbury this weekend or Woodstock next weekend if you are a bargain hunter and require a cleaner more suitable environment. Or perhaps you would like to stop by the same home in Enfield next week and see how it looks when we leave a property and hand the keys to the realtor. We do estate sales and clean outs. It might be difficult for some people to believe the condition if some of the homes we enter, over 100 per year. Terrible overall experience. Property owners beware!! The two women (of the three people total) that were running the estate sale were astoundingly rude, and not helpful whatsoever. The entire house was packed full, and was left in a filthy condition; no floor area/walking path was clear past 4-6 inches, littered with tissues and actual trash that should have been picked up, it was disgusting. Without a doubt, the tag sale at 25 S. Ridge Road in Farmington is the absolute least customer friendly sale I've ever been to! I'm 67 and I've been estate/tag saling since I was a kid and this was the worst! The extremely long, hilly driveway was ice covered so that I almost fell. They opened late by having a bad-tempered woman come out and scream at everyone to leave their bags out in the snow. Then she proceeded to allow FOUR people in to the HUGE house.
