Nicky was fantastic while representing us on the purchase of our home in Bluffton. We live out of state from South Carolina but Nicky really made this purchase a seamless journey for us. We'd discussed the property type and location we were interested in and she arrived with a rich trove of information on properties meeting our requirements as well as information on the HHI market in general. She also has arranged viewings of about six properties - all that we had hoped to see with one exception.
