We do great work period understanding is the best thing in the world
We told them what we needed, they came out and assessed the tree and a price was agreed upon. A month later the tree is still sitting on the ground. After taking our money, not showing up for weeks, and making excuses as to why no progress has been made he now refuses to finish the job he agreed to do, or to refund us for the unfinished portion of the work we already paid him for so that we can find someone else to help us with this tree. Asked to cut a tree down, agreed on $2500. Dropped the tree, and left it over a month. Won’t come back to finish the job or offer refund. Will have to finish sawing up the tree and hauling it off myself. Do not recommend.
