Not very knowledgeable with criminal defense. Told me that if I wasn't read my rights or told I was under arrest they couldn't use a recording against me. Turned out that was a lie. How I found out was through a legal aid attorney when I first went to court, and told him what she said. He even told me the name of the law. Why didn't she know this?
