We have used Nick's Window cleaning for windows and gutter cleaning and are always pleased with the great service. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
Absolute joke of a company. Had two appointments scheduled, absolutely no communication and no assistance. First cancelled on a Thursday . Guaranteed an appointment on a SATURDAY at 5PM which I wasted waiting AGAIN. No show, no explanations. Tried to call and an no answers or only lies. Absolutely infuriating company to dealt with DO NOT USE
They didn’t show up after 5 hours of waiting. Then I asked if they would be 100% coming on Saturday and they texted me an hour before. I raced home only for them to not show up again. I have now wasted 8 hours waiting around for them. Horrible service and they have no customer service for when their team doesn’t show up. I had used them in past with great results, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
We only signed up for the exterior windows. The technician did an excellent job.
Pavlov did a great job of cleaning our windows. He was most pleasant to deal with and our windows are sparking. I highly recommend this company.
