Always had great food and reasonable pricing. Even when they make a mistake, just one call and they make it right. No hassle at all!
I do not recommend this place at all. The customer service was extremely unprofessional. I placed my order ahead of time, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. This delay was clearly the restaurant’s fault. To make matters worse, the woman at the front (with white hair) was very rude and unprofessional in how she handled the situation. I ordered the famous roast beef there. It was so good. The place is clean, the staff attentive and the food is fresh, on spot, and delicious. They pay attention to the details and theres plenty of room to sit and eat. Nicely appointed!! If you're looking for a good sandwich this place is tops. Having recently moved to Marlborough I've been looking for a deli like this. 5 stars!!!
We had a catering order a couple weeks ago at work. I heard the fried Haddock is to die for so I went back the following week to give it a try. Large piece of haddock perfectly fried along with large serving of fries and some coleslaw. What a great meal! I highly recommend it.
