Vanessa was an awesome waitress. Warm greeting and smile. Very professional. Paige went over the details of my meal and how it was prepared. She was very detailed oriented, knowledgeable and kind. It is very rare that I am suprised when trying a new restaurant but I found myself saying, "what am I eating?!" over an over again. From the amuse bouche to the roasted beets and salmon tartare to the glazed salmon and polenta, I kept wondering how a person creates this many flavors in one bite. The desserts are NOT to be missed! GF FRIENDLY options for waffles!!!! David was our server and he was very nice and had a nice sense of humor! Nicks Quorum definitely added something special to our Omaha Trip. David if you see this, you were so kind and nice to us and as being in Omaha for the first time this was amazing! To anyone else reading this, me and my gf got the cinnamon roll waffle and the banana fosters waffle and it did not disappoint. Nicks Quorum whatever you’re doing keep it up! Stayed here at the Hilton and had a little time where I could have some breakfast at Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club. We both ordered the chicken and waffles and it was delicious! The whipped butter on the waffles was chefs kiss. They have a special way that they fry their chicken and it shows.
