Did a pickup order via Slice. Got to the restaurant and was confused about the video in google reviews. It’s not the same place inside. Not even close….the other pictures (just a few weeks old like the video) is not this restaurant. Guess what, the food didn’t look anything like the pictures either!The pizza looks and tastes like Pappa John’s. I did get a sausage side that was pretty decent. Only had their parm fries and they were pretty good just wish ketchup was an option.
This has to be one of the worst places I’ve been to. I waited about 30 minutes for just two slices of pizza and fries. When my food finally came, I asked for ketchup for my fries. The employee wasn’t even sure if they had any ketchup and said they’d check, but never came back with an answer. The pizza at Nick’s is good, but their delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. Orders frequently arrive very late, and the last time I ordered, I never received my pizza at all. I placed the order through Slice, and it was delivered to the wrong address because they confused “Street” with “Court.” Despite the delivery error, they refused to provide a refund. Unfortunately, there are much better and more reliable options elsewhere.
