The waitress absolutely insisted that I order my red snapper cooked with their "Michael" topping which is supposedly sautéed. When she brought it, it was literally dripping with grease. The top of it was covered with black residue from a deep fryer. I tried one bite of it and sent it back. They then brought me a piece of grilled "snapper".
