Great place to buy new boots or have a complete re-sole. Boots fits great after being re-soled and adding a composite toe 👍
Friendly staff, helped measure my feet to ensure the correct boots were made. Fast turn around. I was expecting a phone call or message so, I didn't get to pick up my boots for a few day due to not checking my email. I am impressed about how well these boots fit when I tried them on.
The fact that I was sent a coupon that didn’t work, but said it was good until the end of May. The response I received was “we stopped doing that because we got too many orders”. Well, isn’t that the point of giving coupons…to stir up business and to make the customers feel like they are getting a deal. When I reached out to see if it would be honored I was told no and if, and only if, I got an email about getting a belt half off then they would give me a belt at 50% off. Terrible service. Based on YouTube videos of people talking about enduring long and painful break-in periods, I was under the mistaken impression that all of Nick's boots were as heavy duty as old school Italian hiking boots (kind of what I was looking for, something with very stiff soles). I walked around in my new Overlanders for a couple of hours in the house and forgot I was wearing shoes.
