Hard to get a hold of by phone
I only thought I knew what a high quality boot consists of. After I bought a pair of Nick's, I realized I had no idea what a high quality boot was. This is the only boot for me.
The problem here is as a company gets bigger its customer service gets worse. I was going to get my crew something nice for 2026. One of the team wears a size 3.5 women’s shoe. But I can’t seem to get through to anybody. I can’t take a callback because all incoming calls are blocked due to spam. And, I only give out email once an order is placed. I guess I’m SOOL!
We were told 1st part of January boots would be ready in November...9 months! We called in June and we're told they were waiting for the leather. We tried to call in September and October many times and was told the call would be returned in 24-48hrs. Never happened! Then tried online & emails, still nothing! Finally got through by phone October 30th we were told the boots were done and ready in July!!!!! No Phone Call!!! No Email!!! All to find out...I could have been wearing them All This Time!
