Food is delicious every time
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I experienced at Nick's. Despite being a regular customer, my latest visit was disappointing due to inattentive staff. When I placed my order for grilled shrimp, the staff member was distracted by his phone and didn't make eye contact. I had to prompt him to take my order. Upon collecting my food, I discovered that I had received fried shrimp instead of grilled shrimp. The food was delicious and the service great. There was a very large order ahead of us, so they had us sit down and brought it to our table. Even with the orders ahead of us, we didn't wait long. My fish sandwich was messy, but so good! My wife has the gyro and it was awesome as well. The fries were great too. We weren't sure what to expect here, but we were very pleased and will be back for sure!
