I would have gave you a 5 stars years ago, lately your boudain has been a hit or miss, consistency has slipped away and it's not like it used to be in the past. Now I'm not sure what I'm going to get when I walk into your store. Today was the worst your boudain has ever been no flavor mostly the flavor of rice. I was truly disappointed that I had just spent my hard earned money on flavorless bland boudain.
