I can confirm that Nick does indeed have your back. I got my mattress during the pandemic and he was very attentive and helpful. It’s been the best mattress I’ve owned.
The only problem is our bed is so comfortable I don’t want to get out of it! Our second mattress purchase from Nick, would highly recommend.
His publicity photograph shows him sitting on a bed smiling, looking very inviting. When visiting his showroom, he will be sitting on a bed, but showing no interest in his customers or matresses and he will not be smiling. He looks bored and one has the feeling he does not like people. It is VERY misleading to claim he makes custom mattresses, because this is not true. He does not customize anything at all.
