I have been going to Nick’s since it was downtown!!!! Near the Dog House!!! If you remember that you are a true local!!!! This place has always been the best sandwich shop in town! Just a turkey with provolone is my usual!!! Lots of cabbage lots of oil and vinegar !!! These people do it right and I am always excited to get Nicks on my day off!!!
Okay, so I gave em a try. No, not for the first time ever, just with the new owners. Gotta say, happy to see still a delicious Gobbler for a good price. Been eating at Nicks for years and happy to see the same excellence!!! Well done and nice to meet you.
Pros: Enormous subs, fresh ingredients, crunchy shredded cabbage instead of lettuce, large drink selection, nice staff, delicious bread Cons: Significant waits, early close time, sometimes they run out of bread Five-star regardless - great place, support local.
Love this sandwich shop, Vics Special is amazing.
