Great service - consider using Emerald for your home. I lost power in one of our circuits and could not figure out what was going on. Emerald told me that somebody would come at 3 PM and they showed up exactly on time. Thomas was the electrician, and he did a fantastic job, logically tracing my problem, which turned out to be a loose neutral wire on a plug nobody has touched for 10 years.
