I agree with the other posters. Called Nicks door and window over 5 times over a 3 week period to get an apointmnent to fix some windows. I was told repeatedly they would come "Monday" and would call back to confirm. I never heard back from them. Even after they assurded me someone would call me back. I finally just gave up and called someone else. Dont waste your time calling these people.

Great Service, knowledgeable staff! – Wide range of knowledge, thorough & detail oriented when it comes to ordering. Pricing very competitive. They always call when my order comes in. I have been doing business with them for many years. Would recommend them to professionals as well as homeowners!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced – I placed a small order for doorknobs in July. By the end of August I hadn't heard anything, so I called. They could not find my order and made me repeat it over the phone and said theyd call when it came in. Two weeks later, no call. So I call again. They say they'll check on it and call me back. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE – This place has the worst customer service. They called when my for some doors was supposedly in, but they didn't bother to check anything but the paperwork to determine whether they had the right order. So I took a day off from work to install the doors. When I arrived (a 40 minute drive) they had the wrong sized doors. Great prices, good service – I've bought a bunch of things from Nick's over the past few years and have never had a problem. The prices are great and they deliver things pretty quickly once they're in. They call me more than I have to call them which is rare with any service nowadays. I had to write a quick review b/c I saw the other terrible review and was surprised!

Terrible Customer Service, no return phone calls – This place is so bad I can't believe it. Nick the owner doesn't return phone calls. When I did catch him on the phone he assured me we were all set, then never gets back to me. Run, don't walk away.
