I wish I went with a different home builder. Nick didn't seem to care what I wanted. I knew going into this I wanted high ceilings throughout the entire home but when I asked for a 12' main and a 12' upper he said I didn't need a 12' ceiling upstairs and an 8' upper ceiling would be plenty of room. Maybe to him 8' is high enough but not for me. I'm 6'3" and I like to have space. Somehow though, he bullied me into going with 8' for the upper floor and I hate the finished build.
