We hired Nick's Cleaning Services for a move-out clean in Hanover. After having both text and phone conversations where the rates are explicitly stated (quoted $60/hr), we were charged double this hourly rate. Furthermore, they took an additional 5 hours over their initial estimate, meaning our cost was 4 times what we were told to expect. We were treated unprofessionally over the phone and text. This experience was frustrating and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

Nick's Cleaning Svcs recently did a move-out cleaning for me. They did a fabulous job, and everything was left sparkling clean. There was a lot of grimy wood shelving and baseboards, and they were left beautifully clean and degreased. Bathrooms wete perfect. A big help to me; couldn't be happier.
