I had two disappointing experiences with Nick’s Automotive. First, I brought in my son’s Subaru Outback to have a headlight bulb installed. I had already purchased the bulb and explained that I had tried replacing it myself but couldn’t access it through the wheel well. I specifically asked them to install that bulb. I was then charged an additional $50 to “Check all exterior vehicle lights. Replace/diagnose any that are inoperable,” a service I never requested and one that is totally absurd. Done plenty of business with Nick's - can always count on them to get the job done. They're transparent about costs and always do a great job with my vehicle. Highly recommend!
I would give Nick's Automotive 6 stars if there was an option. They're prompt, professional and have always been happy to answer questions, even to a non car guy like myself. Never had any issues and they've moved heaven and earth to help us out when we needed a repair and needed it fast. We will keep coming back!
I had an oil leak in front of my engine and they repaired the leak, however they didn’t explain to me what exactly they had done. Later on I drove my car to California and experienced no AC working whatsoever, it was 96 degrees Fahrenheit and my phone overheated and stopped navigating… long story short, I could have gotten lost, and suffered a heat stroke, had I not pulled over in the shade and cooled down my phone, car and myself.
