Awful!!!!!! My car was shaking so I went to schedule and appointment. I was told to drop off my car on Monday morning. I did as instructed and was told I would hear from someone soon. They went by--nothing. I call up, and the mechanic went home. The next morning I call up, but provided no information yet.
