Called Nick to check my truck for the ball joints. Big shop said that I had to do top and bottom he came by and checked and said I only needed the bottom at a 1/3 of the price what the big shop said which is very reasonable. did the job and everything is good. I say he will be my mechanic as long as I'm here. If you need a good mechanic give him a call
Saturday evening while all the way out in Mt. Victory, I had a pulley go MIA and belt slipped no longer attached. Nick drove all the way out to me in the dark and the cold with a new belt and managed to rig a way for me to drive it home. Sunday afternoon today after searching for a replacement pulley from a pick n pull found one and got it on, because of it I can drive to work this week. If you need a quick fix nick is your guy! I called Nick's Auto Repair a few weeks ago on a Friday night around 6:00pm, after my Dad pointed out to me that it sounded like my wheel bearings were going out. I have two small kids so was in a bit of a rush to get them fixed. Nick answered and was at my house within a couple of hours to run diagnostics. He confirmed the problem and was able to get parts and come back to my house to do the repairs the very next day, so that I could get safely back on the road on Monday with my little ones!
