I have a slight lifter tick on my DRIVERS side, then head gasket blows. I take it to them to fix. They say 1 week, they ask for a deposit, I give 2k, I'm wondering whats wrong, because it's 2 weeks, I give benefit of the doubt, they are done in 3 weeks. All new lifters, new radiator, new head gaskets, he gives me a discount. Cool, so it's $3800. I get the car back, the tick is louder and coming from the passenger side. I went into Nick's Automotive with a bad headlight switch. After discussing it with him, he spends and hour checking a lot of unnecessary stuff. Then he misdiagnosed it. I told him just change the switch as I instructed him from the beginning. But he just wanted to change extra for diagnosing. That's dishonest and I will not go back to Nick's Automotive.
