I wan to amke an addendum to my previous review. II want to let people know that Robin at the North Location on Willington Road was an amazing help. robin helped answer my questions and provided clarity. She is such a great asset to Nicks. They are very lucky to have someone like here that helps their customers.
If I could give a negative score; I most definitely would. They have had my vehicle on 3 occasions (shame on me for that; will not happen again), and EVERY time it has been returned messed up. The first time; they broke an interior piece, got grease and blue paint (which I have nothing blue on my vehicle) on my headliner, left overspray on my windows, and didn't repaint all the damage. Let me start this off by saying the secretary (Melissa) and general manager (Shane) are very nice people. So, I needed two doors and a panel replaced on the driver’s side. They told me it would be 2 weeks. On the day I was supposed to pick it up they said they would need it for a few more days to finish up painting it and to get it clean.
