Very strange!!!!! I called for service and I asked how much would they charge for a split level house. After waiting for awhile I was told…we don’t do split levels!!!! Wondering what kind of company is this!!!!
I purchased a Nick's from them for a complete home air duct cleaning. First, making the appointment was very easy and I had no problem getting a hold of someone to set it up. They note they'll be at your home within a 3 hour block but were still very prompt with communication, leaving me a message stating that they'd be there more around 1pm (for a 1-4pm time block). Ron was very communicative up until the day he arrived, and then called to let me know when he was on his way the day of. We had a little issue with some wet paint but that was quickly resolved. All in all he and his partner did a good job and were very informative in what they were doing.
Nick's was on time and very professional and helpful. he did a great job cleaning the air ducts in my duplex. will definitely use this service again
