Went in for a pre-op checkup and an annual checkup and during the exam she became very rude about her opinions on some medical options and very arrogant in her conversation with me. She wasn’t willing to listen, but instead became loud and somewhat belligerent in talking to me and had to quiet herself down. I came in looking for help because of chronic back pain (6-8 on the pain scale) and a message therapist had told me there was something wrong with the shape of my spine. Dr. Dooley took my family history and twisted it. She spent 10 full minutes telling me that I must have Munchausen's (google it) because my father died when I was young, so really I must just want attention, and there is no pain. First time going to her a few months ago and I think I finally found a Dr. I will stay with and can trust. She is so knowledgeable and kind!
She never addressed the main issues I have, and I told the staff member this when called with test results. I was told the doctor would call me, and I've never heard a word, so now I have to find another doctor.
