Dr. Tyris is the absolute most caring, compassionate, and thorough Doctor I have met. Symptoms of Black women are often overlooked. I never receive a call back! This is every time I call leave a message either for an appointment or medication or forms to be filled out. I never receive a phone call and I am told oh I’m sorry that happened every single time.

My review isn’t of the other physician in the practice, Dr. Haija, but of his office staff. It’s been three weeks since my follow-up appointment. Before leaving the office, I was promised two things: 1. A biologic nurse would be consulted about my most appropriate treatment course and then, 2. I would not under any circumstances recommend Dr. Tyris. He gave me an infusion and it was an overdose because the medicine was not calculated to my weight. And I was not weighed . I fell twice from extreme lightheadedness. I called him multiple times and left messages asking what to do and never got a call back. This lasted several weeks.
