I couldn't believe how nice the people was here and they took time to listen to what was going on. I also didn't have to sit in the waiting room very long at all which any one knows if you're sick you don't feel like sitting in a chair very long. This is just an all around great place.

I have been a patient of Dr Nasir Awan for almost a year and a half. God sent him in to my life to help save my life and to improve my life which he has done. Horrible from the first words. Please stay away if you value your health. It appears that I was for some reason LABELED by Dr. Pezzella and not worthy of a "REAL EXAMINATION or REAL TREATMENT! He had me take four or five steps across his office and used this "scientific test" to determine that I do not have trouble with my balance. I reported this then and still suffer from loss of balance today and have for years. Didn't have to wait long. Nurses were extremely nice and friendly with myself and my kids. My 2 my month old had to get his shots and she was quick and easy with him. The doctor is also very nice. Definitely recommend this place.

The doctors are wonderful however the staff told me I didn't have an appointment for my child then told me someone took me out of the system. Then when I went in the back for my child's well visit they told me I was to early for a check up that I needed to wait 3 more wks,after the doctor is the one that set up this appointment for me. I'm signing for my child's records and not coming back. I also have a 14 yr old who has been seeing Dr shahaab her whole life. Bal was my doctor for a work injury for over ten years. Very caring, personable doctor. I liked all his staff. They filled all my paperwork out and sent it very efficiently. Usually has very, very long wait times for appointments so prepare for that, but, to me, that just shows how in demand he is. My favorite doctor I ever had and would go back.

The oncologist ordered a biopsy from this group. We have tried for over a week to get the appointment. Phone messages were not returned. Finally I had to call the oncologist and was told they were having problems with this group not booking appointments or returning phone calls to them as well. They finally set up an appointment day and said the pulmonary appointment person would call with the time. Guess what, no phone call. I would not recommend using this group.
