I sent a refill request through the app 2+ weeks ago. I called a few days later to see if they were ready. I was told they had been ordered but they do not do the ordering anymore and were unsure when they'd be delivered. Today 10/16/26 I called to ask if they were in yet and rudely got yelled at when I didn't answer her questions fast enough. I'm pretty sure it was the taller skinny brown hair lady. By far this location isn’t the best they never have your meds on time they are always out of stock on what you need and the customer service is horrible most the workers are rude and half the time they are talking about how they have no employees they have a drive through window but yet it’s never even been open
This place has horrible customer service
Every month is always an excuse why they can't fill my prescription. Then say they can't transfer the prescription to somewhere else. So I end up waiting days for a prescription that should be filled the day I get it. Don't waste your time or money going here. Never once was I rude or trashy to anyone there. But they make me feel so low about myself. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else.
Always have everything ready by the time I get there, nice place, always has what you need...
