Stood waiting for awhile before acknowledged, then my script was not sent in and I asked if it was bc I was new there not knowing if that caused it to not go through, she says I wasn't here yesterday...that wasn't my question not everyone knows everything about how your system works. Learn how to be customer friendly or don't work with people.
Susan needs to be fired ! Mr.Nickman has no idea how many people she pushes out that pharmacy with her laziness and poor customer service!! She is rude and inconsiderate of patients needs and doesn't care to check for scripts or if they take the insurance! They are okay, some of the staff like Mira helps you in anyway she can possible. The one pharmacist is awesome to she really helps out when she can. For he most part it is a really good pharmacy. Thanks ladies!
