Stood waiting for awhile before acknowledged, then my script was not sent in and I asked if it was bc I was new there not knowing if that caused it to not go through, she says I wasn't here yesterday...that wasn't my question not everyone knows everything about how your system works. Learn how to be customer friendly or don't work with people.
Susan needs to be fired ! Mr.Nickman has no idea how many people she pushes out that pharmacy with her laziness and poor customer service!! She is rude and inconsiderate of patients needs and doesn't care to check for scripts or if they take the insurance! I won't stop until she is fired !! 1-28-25Was told today to stop calling everyday checking on my prior authorization for my wegovy that I pay for thru insurance!!! I don't get welfare benefits!!!
