Took my car for an alignment. Less then 5 months later and my tire had wires showing on the inside. Took it back they said I needed 2k worth of work. Went somewhere else everything was fine second shop said toe was never set . Will not go back and would never recommend.

My car broke down while I was passing through Ohio and I was fortunate enough to get towed to this shop. They got me back on the road quickly, were very reasonably priced, and did top-notch work. I’m very thankful there are still places like this around, highly recommend.

I had originally left a 1-star review - But have since learned it was a major misunderstanding between me and an old receptionist that escalated into conflicting understandings of the situation. I may not have had any service with Nickloy's, but many people have & swear by the service locally! I do know the owner personally gives back to the local community & has helped plenty of people out with the business side of things - So i feel its needed to update my review - as it was clearly an unlucky interaction!
