Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Danielle was great with Cookie.
Love all the team. Alway find time to fit us in, even with late requests. I have closer vets I could go to, but I come back for the advice, care and customer service all the team display. My family and our old lady dog appreciate the fantastic work you do :) All the staff are amazing, from front counter ladies to the vets and nurses out back, special shoutout to Dr Katherine, she's a star!
Excellent vets with medical expertise if needed for your pet and good rapport with our dog. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. The only reason for 4 stars is we had an initial negative experience with one of the vets and our pups vaccination. She had a very poor bedside manner w our pup and ourselves and she was not nurturing w our visla but fortunately there are other excellent vets at this practice. Wonderful vets. Have looked after my boys for almost 15yrs now. I just wished I lived closer so they could continue to be our regular vet, but worth travelling to when needing something a bit extra or a second opinion. Everyone has always been fabulous and friendly. They provide genuine and honest care for your pets. My Charlie thought it was almost as exciting as going to the beach
It is always a pleasure attending this practice.
