The surgical nurse who met with us, and accommodated us since we needed to drop him in late the day before because we couldn't make it the next morning was amazing. The staff was beyond kind and worked with us because of the time we needed to drop him and pick him up. The surgical nurse who checked him in was so nice and answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable leaving Tide in their care. That they were so easy to talk to and ask questions. We arrived without an appointment after a mishap with our poor dog. We were able to be seen within 10 minutes by the lovely Daniella. Our fur baby was examined thoroughly and clear explanations and advice were given. Highly recommend this Vet practice. Front Reception and Dr Daniella the Vet were amazing and caring.
Overall, we’ve been very satisfied with the care provided. The flexible appointment times, including weekends and after hours, have been incredibly helpful for our busy family. The reception staff are always pleasant and helpful, and the vets genuinely seem invested in ensuring our pets receive the best possible care. We’ve always felt well looked after and confident in the advice and treatment provided.
$31.30 to cur my cat's nails. An Anumal Affair lady did it for $10.00 but she was on leave... Nor going back to this vet
