What an absolute dump hole. Front lobby waiting area gets overcrowded, no entertainment, toys or play space for kids. They overbook appointments and make you wait an excessive amount of time, very difficult when parents are dealing with young kids in pain. My 6-yo with a broken arm (follow up) 2:30 pm appointed, we got seen at 3:30 pm by a nurse... As of 4:05 pm now, no doctor.... Parents beware.. I was treated terrible by Iris Llorca One of the rudest individuals I’ve come across. She came off annoyed that she had to speak to me- when all I asked, was if they forgot about me… everything she said came off passive aggressive and just annoyed that I assumed she had to speak to anyone— she proceeded to state that other patients were being attended to— keep in mind i was there with my daughter who is also a patient and was told to come by that it would only take a few mins to change her brace… I had to remind her — she is... read more
Great experience, we had a appointment, were taken right in. The Dr who attended my son was nice, we were out within 30 minutes.
Doctor roger saldana was great and very profesional. But they have a nurse inside the consultation, she is petit , blonde hair , and sits on the first chair to the left. She has this attitude like she hates the world, very unprofessional. I ask her a couple of questtion s and she was very vague and condescending , the last questtion that i ask her she stood up and waited in the front, until i walked out... my advice if you dont like working with the public especially in a health clinic then your not in the right job .
