Jason was attentive and so kind. He asked my daughter all the right questions which showed he cared and wanted the best possible outcome for her. The whole staff was incredibly helpful and made everything smooth. Our appointment was @8:30am and we were already on our way home before 9am. We truly appreciate the excellent care. We’ve had a great experience at NH Sports Rehabilitation Center! My teenage daughter is in theYouth Athletic Development Program and really enjoys it. Angel and the team are awesome—super supportive, professional, and great with the kids. We’ve seen real progress and couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much for the enthusiasm!!!
I am writing this review so other parents can make informed decisions about their care. After my son fractured three bones in his foot, we first went to Nicklaus Children’s Urgent Care and were placed in a CAM boot. We then followed up with Pediatric Sports Medicine PA Luz Adriana Ruiz, who told us the boot was sufficient treatment. As parents who had never dealt with fractures before, we trusted the guidance we received. Staff are excellent, friendly and professional, the cardiologist and nutritionist unit Radiologist all very professional and the place is very clean front desk stuff very friendly my son Jake love this place- Nicole sports- Pinecrest location.!
What an absolute dump hole. Front lobby waiting area gets overcrowded, no entertainment, toys or play space for kids. They overbook appointments and make you wait an excessive amount of time, very difficult when parents are dealing with young kids in pain. My 6-yo with a broken arm (follow up) 2:30 pm appointed, we got seen at 3:30 pm by a nurse... As of 4:05 pm now, no doctor.... Parents beware.. Your whole day will be wasted here....TV in TX waiting room.. All channels out of order....I get better patient care in India and... read more
