Nicki could not do my hair because she was too booked, however she had another girl do my hair...totally fried my hair horribly, and when I called Nicki to let her know, she was absolutely no help at all. She told me that she was completely booked but would refer me back to the girl who fried my hair. Talk about great customer service! I would never ever go back...a total waste of my money. And a total lack of good business sense. DO NOT GO THERE!
