I have tried many pilates studios over the years but this one has genuinely become my happy place!! The instructors (nickie, Sophia and Lydia) always greet you with a warm smile and never make you feel uncomfortable or awkward. Their classes are unlike other studios, focusing on alignment and lighter springs (which is way harder!!).
