Hired Mrs. Nickerson to handle the transition of my father's estate after he passed. She was kind, respectful and beyond efficient. Mrs. Watts, when I encountered her was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Their paralegal (I don't remember her name) was who I encountered most and she she was incredibly tentative and precise.
