Lied to customers for 6+ months selling them the same paper in two different boxes at two different price points while claiming they were different brands when in fact they were the same cheap XP11. This happened over 3 years ago when I worked there. Nickerson wanted to put their name on something people would see so they bought paper boxes branded with their name on it.
