I called Nickels to help me identify my cabinets. I bought our house 14 years ago and was still in contact with the previous owner who told me they had supplied the kitchen cabinets. Long story short I would highly recommend to not use them. The receptionist after each of my requests came up with a reason why Nickels couldn't help me. She said there was a 20 year warrenty but I had to go through a designer and since I wasn't the original owner she could not help me. Negative. I would never use this company.
Terrible experience with Nickels Cabinets. The cabinets were poorly made – doors were crooked, and the finish looked sloppy. I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, and either got no response or unhelpful excuses. For the amount of money I spent, I expected way better. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

I'm extremely disappointed with the abysmal service provided by Nickels Cabinet (#O7761825). Not only did they overcharge me for their subpar products, but their engineering team clearly lacks the basic skills required for proper design. The cabinets I received were riddled with dents straight from their production line, indicating a severe lack of quality control.
