We used this company for an AC part, the person who helped was not very friendly or helpful. However, we decided to use this company for a second part. That was a HUGE mistake on our part. The man was rude and refused to help us with the second part. He said, "he had never heard of the part and no he would not look it up." We had the part number, yet he choose to be rude and down right hateful. Apparently he doesnt need the business. I strongly discourage any and all mobile home owners from using this company.
