Dr. Bambi Nickelberry is my family member doctor for over 7 years. She is the best! She takes time to listen to whatever your health concern is and gives a thorough amount of feedback to help assist in whatever way that she can. Her staff is very helpful in making timely appointments and assisting in whatever authorizations, additional treatments or prescriptions that may be needed. She is the absolute best! Visiting this office was the worst experience that I have had at a doctors office. I had to call the STATE. These people refuse to prescribed my medication, after requesting them for months. The STATE file a grievance due to incompetency of the staff. The doctor is the worst. This Place Feels More Like A Morgue Than A Doctors Office. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I got there and they said they didn't have information on their computer that my insurance group had been switched. So they had me wait one hour in the waiting room, then called and got confirmation over the phone from my insurance. Then they sent me to the room where I waited another twenty mins for what was seemingly the receptionist to come in the room. Turns out it was the doctor, but she never introduced herself.
