After years of neglecting my body (improper warmups, little to no stretching, always over training), I found Jil at Nickel Plate Sports Massage. I’ve been scheduling with her for a little more than a year, and I am so thankful. Jil is mindful of my body’s needs and thoughtful in her approach every time. Jil is highly knowledgeable about the body, mobility, movement, and massage. She can pinpoint the source of pain and provide relief in a way I have yet to experience from any other massage therapist. Very personable and professional. Jil has given me some tools to use on my own time to manage pain as well as improve mobility. You can’t go wrong with her.
Started going to Jil due to a recent surgery and developing scar tissue. She helped to get my mobility back and now I go just because she understands my body and where the pain points are. In terms of a massage near me, I cannot recommend anyone more than Jil!!
